ORDERING

Q: Is M&H licensed?

A: Yes, we are a Class A Cottage Food License Business in San Diego, CA and hold a seller's permit. CFO Registration Number: DEH2021-FCFO-001024 


Q: Can I place an order over the phone or through e-mail for pick-up or delivery?

A: Yes! The best way to place an order is through our website. However, you can also contact us via phone or email and one of our owners would be happy to assist you with placing an order. All available pick-up and delivery dates/times will be shown on the website ordering system. Please note that M&H may change dates and times for high volume order dates.

Q: Does M&H ship products?

A: No, we do not ship products. Products are currently only available for pick-up or local delivery in San Diego County.

Q: Does M&H sell single quantity items?

A: Because we are currently a home-based business we only sell single quantity items at our weekly farmers markets and weekend pop-up events. Follow us @milkandhoneysdca on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated with us about our upcoming events and locations. In addition, you can check out the 'Events' tab on our website to see where we will be next.

Q: Does M&H accept same-day orders?

A: No. Because we receive a large volume of orders each day, we request that all regular menu items be ordered at least 2 business days in advance and custom orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance via our online ordering system. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call or email us. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Q: Does M&H accept custom orders under the 2 week policy deadline?

A: In most cases, no. In order to give each order the time and attention it deserves, we tend to adhere to our 2 week deadline. Please feel free to reach out to us to see if we can accommodate your request with an understanding that custom orders take much time and planning to fulfill. A 10% rush fee applies in the off chance we are able to accommodate a late order. 

Q: Do I need to pre-pay?

A: Yes, we kindly ask for all payment in advance through our website or email invoice if application.

Q: Can I include a personalized message with my order?

A: Yes, you may choose to include a personalized message for your order during checkout. Simply specify if you would like it written with frosting on the baked goods or handwritten on Milk & Honey stationery for an additional fee.
