Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and notify us immediately if any item is incorrect, defective, or damaged. We must be informed before you leave our bakery or at the time of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once products have been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage resulting from transportation, handling, storage, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Exchanges
